We almost made it to the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix for its quarter-final race but unfortunately, for some reason the “precious” tickets were taken back a day before we attend (mistake from the sender) so we feel like as if somebody snatch our lollies away! Well, it is more valuable if to be resale for those avid fans of this sport or some VIP that is desperate to get this.

Unless you are lucky enough to have booked in advance for this event at the Yas Viceroy Hotel (below photo) overlooking the Yas Marina Circuit which is perfect for people who is ok to watch at a distance (but still good enough) at your own leisure.

Since the ticket was so expensive so we choose to opt out and hoping for next time. There are other similar options for seeing the FAST cars thru Ferrari World. Yes, you can have an exhilarating action thru a roller coaster (the fastest in the World) yourself compare to seeing the Ferrari’s race thru the circuit. Plus the car display to view and other accessories you can buy. And some malls have their own displays of fast cars too! Except the other one below which is made of LEGO haha!

There is no short of events here in Abu Dhabi as long as you are curious enough to know where and when it is happening. It is fun and learning at the same time and it is also easy on the pocket.

Previous events: International Hunting Exhibitions at ADNEC and down below was the Science Festival at Mushrif Central Park & the AD Educational Council much earlier events about ROBOTICS on how to build your own robot. Much to my surprise, my son’s team won the Bronze!

My son’s fave TV program is TOP GEAR and he can name the expensive car there is around especially the fast one, have ridden a camel and a big horse without fear, he is also a keen explorer and curious enough to attend a Science Fair. I can say he is “The Fast & The Curious” boy available around town and I am a happy mommy! 🙂
